Compared to hydraulic versions, electric trim tabs are more reliable, safe and powerful. To improve the overall performance and ride, boat owners using hydraulic trim tabs can update their boat with Lenco Marine's electric actuators.

The Electric RetroFit Kit from Lenco replaces the standard Bennett 4-ring cylinder. it uses the existing trim planes, brackets, switch and mounting holes, eliminating patching and redrilling. This retrofit kit is a cost-effective way to replace an old system.

The ball-screw actuator is a precise, dependable and trouble-free way to convert rotary power to linear movement. It provides up to 500-percent more usable power with a lower amperage draw than hydraulic models.

Once the Electric retroFit Kit has been installed, boaters have the option of upgrading to the innovative Indicator Switch. Completely waterproof, this switch features LED indicators and a retractor. It brings the trim tab to a retracted position when the indicator switch is in the off position.
