2. Can I mount the Troll’n Tab motors on my existing tabs?
The trolling tabs cannot be mounted to existing tabs for the following reasons: the actuator we use for the trolling tabs is heavy duty so it can handle the weight of the trolling motor. Hydraulic tabs don't lock into position and will float during use. The actuator also has a 4-1/4" stroke where most standard trim tab actuators are 2-1/4" stroke. The trolling motor is attached to the Lenco tab using a special welded on bracket designed to hold it at a specific angle for ultimate performance. However, if you replace your Lenco trim tabs with Lenco Troll-N-Tabs, they retro fit the same holes
