Lenco Marine Manufacturing
There are 5 main stages to the manufacturing of Lenco products. The products you receive are truly "proudly made in America".
Laser Cutter
All of our stainless steel is cut using a state of the art laser cutting machine. By utilizing laser technology, we are able to manufacture products that are precision cut, and built to meet extremely demanding specifications. Lenco prides itself in leading the industry in innovation and technological advancements. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities are representative of our intent to stay one step ahead.
Sheet Metal
This part of the shop takes the material that was cut on the laser cutter and then bends it to the correct specs for the particular blade in production. We then spot weld a hinge to the blade and perform any tig welding that is added to some of our blades for strength purposes.
Clean Assembly Area
This is a separate area from the production area in which we build ballscrew assemblies as well as wiring the various switches we use in our kits for production.
Machine Shop
In this area we manufacture all of our own ballscrews, gears, and stainless steel extreme duty parts for our actuator production line. Here we use a dual head multi spindle line machines.
Actuator Assembly
This is the final production area for our many different types of actuators and hatchlifts.
